• Website URLs and diagnostic reports - When you run the AEO Score, we store the URL you entered and the full report we generated, with its date
• Email address - When you unlock your full report, so we can email it to you
• Call request answers - Revenue range, competitors you name, and your main goal, when you ask for a call

We automatically collect certain information:

• Browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website (domain only), collected without cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our Agent Ready Score analysis
• Send you optimization guides and educational content
• Communicate with you about our services
• Process payments and deliver purchased services
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Olympus Knights - When you unlock your report or request a call, we share your email, your store URL, your report, and your call request answers with Olympus Knights, the team that built AgentReadyHQ, so an AI visibility expert can follow up once. Olympus Knights handles opt-outs at privacy@olympusknights.com.
• Service providers - Third parties who help us operate our business (payment processors, email services, analytics)
• Legal requirements - When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers - In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Saved reports use shareable, read-only links. Anyone with the report link can view the scanned website address, score, checks, and recommendations without signing in. The shared report does not include your registration email or call request answers. Only forward the link to people you want to see the report.

To request that we revoke a report link, contact privacy@agentreadyhq.com. A successful correction to your report email also expires earlier links for that scan, including forwarded links. Revocation prevents future access through that link; it cannot recall copies someone has already saved or shared separately.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog analytics in a cookieless mode: no analytics cookies are set and no identifier is stored on your device between visits. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
